UFC 162 Fighter Tim Boetsch Would Be Surprised If Weidman Wins

Fighting in the second match on the UFC 162: Silva vs. Weidman pay-per-view is Tim “The Barbarian” Boetsch, he will face Mark Munoz in a bout that should put either winner back on the middleweight map, and a loss can put one of them out of the top 10. Both Boetsch and Munoz are sitting at number 8 and 10 in the middleweight division’s standings.

The Barbarian says he is going with Anderson Silva over Chris Weidman (via Bleacher Report).

“I’m with Anderson Silva on this one. I’m happy for Chris that he got what he asked for, but I think he’s going to find out he should have taken a little more time to get there, a little more experience. It would be a surprise for me if he won.”

Silva and Weidman will meet at UFC 162 on July 6, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
