The World Series of Fighting (WSOF) 4 has doubled in size with six confirmed fights. Most recently added to the card is Brandon Hempleman vs. Marlon Moraes, Keon Caldwell vs. Nick Newell and Gerald Harris vs. Jorge Santiago.
Hempleman is 9-1 and rides six straight wins with the last being for Cage Warriors in December of last year. Moraes joined WSOF and has wins over Miguel Torres and Tyson Nam.
Caldwell spent a majority of his career in Southeastern Fighting Champions and is 9-1. He hasn’t fought in over two years. Newell is undefeated at 9-0 and was the XFC lightweight champion before leaving that promotion. Even with one hand, Newell has ended eight fights in the first round.
Harris was 3-1 for the UFC at the time of his release and lost in his WSOF debut opposite Josh Burkman. For the third time, Santiago was released by the UFC after going 1-5 for them. In his final UFC appearance, Santiago went back to welterweight.
WSOF 4 is August 10 from the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA. Below is the current card.
