Paul Kelly Sentenced To 13 Years Behind Bars For Heroin Trafficking

Ex-UFC fighter Paul Kelly has been sentenced to 13 years behind bars for being considered the head of a major heroin ring in England, reports The Liverpool Echo.

Last month, a jury found Kelly and his childhood friend guilty of starting the drug business and selling mostly to gangs. They were first arrested in May 2012.

Kelly was 5-4 for the UFC with the last loss out of the promotion coming to Donald Cerrone at UFC 126. The 28-year-old last fought in early March for UWC 22 with a stoppage over Henrique Santana.
