Mike Brown knows that at 37-years-old his MMA career is winding down, though the former WEC featherweight champion is still enjoying his time inside the Octagon.
“I’m taking it one fight at a time,” said Brown on Bloody Elbow. “I’m not sure how long I’ll be doing this. Maybe a couple more. I’m having fun and I still have it. I still feel good and I’m training good. That’s what’s important.”
He joined the UFC with a pair of decision losses. Brown evened out with decisions against Nam Phan and Daniel Pineda.
At UFC on FS1 1, Brown takes on Akira Corassani. It’s August 17 from the TD Garden in Boston, MA. It’s headlined with Mauricio “Shogun” Rua vs. Chael Sonnen.
