Sporting a 2-2 record for the UFC, Vaughan Lee isn’t concerned about a potential release. Instead, Lee sees it as the mental aspect of the game.
“You’ve got to expect that and know it’s coming and don’t panic,” said Lee to MMA Junkie. “Some people panic. They think, what’s happening to me? They let the adrenaline control them. You’ve just got to control it. It’s the fight business.”
Lee joined the UFC in November 2011 and has been trading wins and losses. He looks for his second win this year when he meets Raphael Assuncao at UFC on FUEL TV 10.
Assuncao is going for his fourth win since dropping to bantamweight two years ago.
They are the top preliminary fight on the card. It comes from Brazil’s Ginásio Paulo Sarasate this Saturday, June 8.
