Uriah Hall won’t be watching UFC 162 from his TV set. The runner-up on the latest season of The Ultimate Fighter plans to be in attendance as middleweight champion Anderson takes on Chris Weidman.
“Chris has a good head on his shoulders,” said Hall on the Rick J Lee channel. “I think he’s going to take Anderson down. Anderson is one of those guys if you play your card right, you might get him. A lot of people defeat themselves before they go in to the ring with him. It should be an interesting fight.”
Though he’s not ranked in the Top 10 by the UFC, Hall knows that one of those two men could be a future challenge.
It’s not like Hall is unfamiliar with at least half of the UFC 162 championship picture. Before joining the UFC, Hall took his first loss to Weidman out of Ring of Combat.
UFC 162 is July 6 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Hall’s UFC return hasn’t been confirmed.
