Earlier in the week Ronda Rousey returned to grace the cover of ESPN in celebration of their 15th anniversary. Now the UFC women’s bantamweight champion has been named in Business Insider’s “50 Women Who Are Changing The World.”
Rousey came in at number 42 in her debut for the publication. She was ahead of high profile people such as China’s first lady Peng Liyuan and Britain’s first female Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
Topping the list was former United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and Microsoft’s Melinda Gates.
Rousey coaches on the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter and meets opposing coach Cat Zingano at a later date.
