Dave Herman’s manager, Shu Hirata, confirmed with MMAjunkie.com that his fighter passed a 30-day stint in rehab for a failed drug test. Herman was suspended after he tested positive for marijuana following a loss to Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira last October.
“He passed everything, so he just wants to get back to his normal life of fighting,” Hirata said.
Herman (21-5) submitted by Nogueira in Brazil, dropping his UFC record to 1-3. Hirata added that UFC officials are “looking for fights now” for his client.
