Nick Diaz made it known before his recent bout with Georges St-Pierre that there was a chance he would not pass the post-fight drug test. The two collided at UFC 158: St-Pierre vs. Diaz last month, with GSP scoring a decision victory.
Well, the Regie des alcools des courses et des jeux – otherwise known as the Quebec athletic commission – confirmed that six fighters passed the post-fight drug tests.
Joyce Tremblay, a representative for the commission, confirmed with MMAjunkie.com that six fighters were tested. She did not disclose which substances were tested, however.
Diaz failed a post-fight drug test last year for marijuana metabolites, and made it known in the days leading up to the bout that he used as much marijuana in the lead-up to this bout as the one he tested positive for.
