Melvin Guillard is in need of more than a new gym after a miserable week. A representative for Authentic Sports Management confirmed that the UFC lightweight is no longer with them.
Earlier in the week, Guillard announced he was returning to Greg Jackson’s gym, but those remarks were counterclaimed after the team voted for him not to return.
Guillard has dropped to 1-4 in his past five fights after appearing on an early season of The Ultimate Fighter. He recently moved to Florida to join forces with ASM and the Blackzilians MMA team.
There are also two assault charges from separate incidents in 2010 for the troubled UFC star.
