The Brazilian news source Tatame continues to break fight announcements, as they believe light heavyweights Dan Henderson and Rashad Evans will be part of UFC 161 in Canada this June.
Henderson (29-9) was defeated by Lyoto Machida last month, as he returned to action for the first time in over a year. He suffered a knee injury late in 2012, knocking him out of a planned title fight.
Evans (17-3-1) is on the first two-fight losing skid of his career, as Antonio Rogerio Nogueira handed him a decision loss in February. “Suga” was looking to tangle with Mauricio “Shogun” Rua next, but UFC president Dana White made it known he prefereed Henderson-Evans.
