According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has signed on with talent agency William Morris Endeavor. The news comes on the heels of reports that Rousey will be cast in the upcoming Hunger Games movie.
Rousey made her UFC debut this past weekend, defeating Liz Carmouche in the main event of the first-ever female fight in promotion history. She is a former Olympian and ex-Strikeforce champion, as well.
Previously, Rousey cited a desire to enter into acting only after her MMA career was complete, but she might have a change of heart now. Rousey could be following in the footsteps of Gina Carano, who catapulted herself into major-motion pictures after competing inside the cage.
