Sam Stout vs. Caros Fodor

We open up the FX-televised prelims in the lightweight division, as Sam Stout (18-8-1) welcomes Caros Fodor (7-2) to the Octagon. Fodor is a Strikeforce import, who lost to Pat Healy in his last fight. The referee will be Jason Herzog.

Another knee by Fodor, and one to the knee of Stout lands, as well. Right from Stout stuns Fodor, who shoots and scores with a takedown. Round 2: The two meet head-on, and clinch up against the fence again. A combined 79 strikes were landed in the first, with most being short, precise shots. Stout with a big right, and ties him up against the fence, landing a pair of body shots. Body-body-head kick combo thrown by Stout, a very nice series of strikes from the Canadian. Sixty seconds left, and Fodor hits a solid right jab.
