Olympian Henry Cejudo has signed a multi-fight deal with Gladiator Challenge. Cejudo won the gold medal in wrestling at the 2008 games at 121 pounds.
“It was very important to me to join an organization that has an established track record of helping young fighters grow into world class athletes and champions,” said Cejudo. “I want to fight for a credible organization and face high caliber opponents. Gladiator Challenge is that organization.
He’s set to make his bantamweight debut next month with no opponent announced. His first fight happens on March 24 at the Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, CA.
Gladiator Challenge has hosted around 150 events since 1999 with over 2,000 fights.
