Xian Ji is one of the recent names to come out of Legend FC. He looks at competing in MMA as a way of life and not a job.
“MMA is more than a job for me,” said Ji to MMA Weekly. “It is a part of my life that will always stay with me. It is not merely about being the defeat or defeated, it is about a way of living.”
Since it’s a way of life, Ji kept busy in 2012 with six total fights. Four times he entered as featherweight and twice as bantamweight. He would go 4-2 last year.
Over half of his fights came for Legend FC. Ji took three first round submissions, with each win averaging less than two minutes. His one loss for the promotion came to Yusuke Kawanago in the second round.
Ji is currently not listed for any upcoming shows.
Legend FC can be seen in Asia on ESPN International and they are also streamed at AXN TV.
