For the first time in history, an arena has been built with its sole purpose to host MMA fights. The ROAD Fight Championship will open this coliseum structure in March out of South Korea.
ROAD FC opened in 2010 and has produced 10 shows to date. They have competitors from the across the globe such as Jeff Monson and Bae Young Kwon.
The coliseum will be used for their monthly MMA league, which replaces the ‘Young Guns’ series of fights that happen on the undercard. A gym has also been added onsite.
The next ROAD FC show is set for April 13 from the Olympic Hall in Seoul. Confirmed are two title fights with Yui Chul Nam vs. Kume Takasuke in the finals of the 155 pound grand prix and Eun-Soo defending his middleweight championship against Ikuhisa Minowa.
