A pair of middleweights looking to bounce back will take the co-main event spot for UFC 159: Jones vs. Sonnen, as Michael Bisping meets Alan Belcher. The card goes down April 27 from Newark, New Jersey.
Bisping (23-5) missed out on a possible UFC middleweight title match when he was defeated by Vitor Belfort earlier this month. “The Count” is 13-5 in his UFC career.
Belcher (18-7) was handed a loss by Yushin Okami in December, snapping his four-fight win streak. “The Talent” sports an Octagon record of 9-5.
Bisping and Belcher have already engaged in several verbal battles, and that should continue as they grow closer to squaring off later this year.
ESPN first reported the bout as being official for the event.
