John Dodson Only Sees Upcoming Title Fight Ending One Way: His Hand Raised

John Dodson has not felt defeat since 2009, and he doesn’t plan to feeling it again at UFC on Fox: Johnson vs. Dodson when he meets Demetrious Johnson for the UFC flyweight title.

Since capturing the title of Ultimate Fighter, Dodson has ran off two UFC victories, topping Tim Elliott and Jussier Formiga. All total, Dodson (14-5) has a five-fight win streak entering the January 26 showdown.

“My hand being raised,” was the answer Dodson gave during a conference call on Tuesday when asked how he sees the fight going. “That’s all that matters. I just want my hand raised. It could be a bloody match, a good one, a long one; I just want my hand raised.”

The Jackson MMA fighter sent a message when he stopped Formiga last year. Dodson will become the first TUF winner since season five to compete for a UFC title.
