Ed Herman Among Fighters Given Medical Suspensions From Strikeforce: Marquardt Vs. Saffiedine

Ed Herman, who became the first UFC fighter to enter the Strikeforce cage, has been suspended indefinitely following his loss to Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza this past weekend at Strikeforce: Marquardt vs. Saffiedine.

Herman will need to be cleared by a doctor for shoulder, elbow and hand injuries, according to the Oklahoma Athletic Commission. confirmed with the OAC the complete list of medical suspensions.

Also, Kurt Holobaugh is suspended indefinitely for a hand injury, while Dion Staring, Anthony Smith and Michael Bravo each were issued 30 days suspensions.
