In the fight world, this past Saturday was a long day. The UFC on FOX 5 was on and boxing offered Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Márquez for the fourth time. Márquez’s sixth round KO left many wondering if the always talked about superfight between Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. was worth it.
UFC owner Lorenzo Fertitta went to Twitter to express how he thinks boxing blew the possible superfight.

The UFC has not been able to put together a superfight of their own between who many consider the top three MMA fighters in world with Anderson Silva (33-4), Georges St-Pierre (23-2) and Jon Jones (17-1). With the exception of Silva, the others have been linked to fights in their respective weight class for 2013.
