SFS Has Strong Expectations For Strikeforce Fighter

Score Fighting Series (SFS) 7 saw Strikeforce alumni Jordan Mein (25-8) secure a quick TKO against UFC veteran Forrest Petz (25-9) in the main event.

The win puts Mein at 12-2 since 2010 with two wins out of SFS. His last three fights have been for Strikeforce, with the most recent being in July. He’s 2-1 for Strikeforce with the only lose being a split decision.

“Jordan Mein is part of the next generation of fighters we’re looking to showcase,” said Brendan Fyfe, SFS promoter to MMA Junkie. “He is entertaining, well-rounded and always looks for the toughest opponents.”

In the co-main event of SFS 7, Jesse Ronson (11-2) went home with a decision win over WEC veteran Jesse Ronson (11-2).

SFS 7 took place November 23 from the Hamilton Place Theatre in Canada. SFS can be seen live on AXS TV.
