Graham Spencer (8-1) knows that taking on Shane Nelson (15-6) is no easy task and his performance will show how far he has come in the sport. Spencer vs. Nelson takes place at Maximum Fight Championship (MFC) later today from Canada.
“He’s got a good name, has had some big fights and exposure from The Ultimate Fighter and I’m really a nobody, so I feel like I’ve got nothing to lose,” said Spencer to MMA Weekly. “It’s going to be a good fight to see where I’m at.”
Spencer will be making his MFC debut and comes in on a three fight winning streak. Nelson will also be making his MFC debut and looks to regroup after being released by the UFC after dropping two straight.
MFC 35 airs live on AXS TV today, October 26.
