Former UFC fighter Miguel Torres has decided to sign with the World Series of Fighting instead of compete at Titan Fighting Championship in November. The change was confirmed by MMAFighting.com.
Torres (40-6) was released by the UFC after going 2-2, including a loss to Michael McDonald. He posted on his own personal site last month that he would fight at Titan FC’s November event. Instead, he will compete for the company at a later date.
The World Series of Fighting is expected to hold a press conference on Thursday to announce several fights. They will hold the first card on November 3, and it is expected to air on NBC Sports Network.
