Jens Pulver Stopped By Eric Kelly At ONE FC 5, Says Retirement Is Near

Former UFC lightweight champion Jens Pulver suffered his third loss since 2011 on the regional fight scene Friday, as Eric Kelly earned a TKO victory over Pulver at ONE FC 5: Pride of a Nation.

Pulver, who last competed in the UFC in 2007, is now 26-17-1 in his career. The 37-year-old said after the fight that retirement is coming closer and closer.

“One or two more fights, but retirement is on its way,” Pulver said.

Pulver is just 4-9 since 2008, including a six-fight losing skid that started in the WEC and led to his release from the promotion.

Kelly (8-0) has earned three consecutive victories for ONE FC, the main MMA promotion in Asia.
