John Robles (5-1) is looking forward to his fight tonight against Juan Raves (5-7) and feels it will make up to the fans for his last one.
“It’s definitely a fight I’ve been looking for,” said Robles. “We’re both going to meet in the middle and scrap it out.”
Robles lost his last fight against Caleb Vallotton (2-1) and while he respects him as a fighter, he wasn’t pleased with how the fight went. He has high hopes that he and Raves will put on a great fight for the fans.
“I’m excited,” said Robles. “It’s definitely something good for the fans and something I was looking for in my last fight that I didn’t get. The guy didn’t want to give the fans what they wanted. Juan will. He’s well round, tough and I respect him a lot. I think it’s going to be a good time.”
Robles was undefeated in his last five fights before losing the last one. Raves snapped a two fight losing streak in July.
Roble vs. Raves takes place tonight, August 18, at Pandemonium 7.
