UFC On Fox: Shogun Vs. Vera Fighter Salaries Released

Despite not securing the No. 1 contender position, former UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua walked away with the largest paycheck from UFC on Fox: Shogun vs. Vera. Rua defeated Brandon Vera.

Rua earned $240,000, while Lyoto Machida scored $200,000 for his win over Ryan Bader. Machida was named the top contender to the belt.

The numbers were first reported by MMA Mania and were confirmed by the California Athletic Commission. As always, they do not include any locker room bonuses or sponsorship money.
