The Nevada State Athletic Commission has made public the medical suspension information from last week’s The Ultimate Fighter: Live Finale event.
The latest man to be crowned Ultimate Fighter, Michael Chiesa, and Pat Schilling received the longest suspensions at six months apiece. Chiesa is potentially out until November 29 for a possible left hand injury, but can be cleared early pending X-ray results. Schilling is for possible right hand and right shoulder injuries, but can also be cleared early pending X-ray results. Regardless, he’s suspended until July 2 for precautionary reasons.
Martin Kampmann and John Cofer have been suspended until August 1, with no contact until July 17; Kampmann for facial lacerations and Cofer for precautionary reasons.
Chris Tickle, Cristiano Marcello, Jeremy Larsen and Sam Sicilia have all been suspended until July 17, with no contact until July 2; Tickle for left eye and lip lacerations, Marcello for precautionary reasons, Larsen for precautionary reasons and Sicilia for a lower lip laceration.
Finally, Jake Ellenberger was suspended until July 2 with no contact until June 23 for precautionary reasons.
The TUF: Live Finale took place last Friday at the Pearl at the Palms in Las Vegas.
