UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre has been on the sidelines since defending his title against Jake Shields last April at UFC 129. The French-Canadian dynamo damaged his right ACL and required surgery to repair the injury. The recovery process has been a long one and isn’t over yet. It’s expected that GSP won’t return to action until sometime around November.
Gareth A. Davies of the Daily Telegraph recently captured footage of the champ testing out the recovered stability of his knee with the aid of a Swiss ball. Check it out.
