According to a report by the Wrestling Observer, former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar has signed a one-year deal with his former employer, World Wrestling Entertainment. Lesnar was a former champion for the professional wrestling organization before eventually leaving for the NFL and MMA.
The report says that Lesnar has arrived in Miami, which is where Wrestlemania 28 will take place Sunday night. Lesnar could be part of the show, as several reports have stated throughout the past few days.
Lesnar retired from the UFC following a knockout loss to Alistair Overeem late in 2011. He has battled some serious illness over the past few years. UFC president Dana White has confirmed with Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com that Lesnar is free to do what he wants in regards to his contract status.
