Sporting a 5-5 record in his last 10 fights, Dan Miller will drop down to welterweight for his next bout. UFC officials confirmed Miller will face Ricardo Funch at UFC on FX 4, which is set for June 22 from Atlantic City.
Miller has lost his last two fights, falling to Nate Marquardt and Rousimar Palhares at middleweight. Miller, who trains in New Jersey, was on a two-fight win streak before his most recent defeats.
Along with fighting Marquardt, Miller has also competed against the likes of Michael Bisping, Demian Maia, Chael Sonnen and Jake Rosholt during his UFC career.
Funch (8-3) is 0-3 in his UFC career, including a TKO loss to Mike Pyle earlier this year. Funch has also lost Octagon matches to Claude Patrick and Johny Hendricks.
