Chandella Powell Regrets Porn Past, Apologizes To Fans

Around the same time that Brittney Palmer — who joined Octagon girls and previous Playboy models Arianny Celeste and Rachelle Leah in doing so — appeared on Playboy covers across the nation, fellow UFC ring card girl Chandella Powell’s future with the promotion came into question upon the exposure of her softcore porn past.

Powell, who has also posed for Playboy in the past, presumably hid the more revealing aspects of her portfolio from her Zuffa bosses and, as a result, it was rumored that she had been released from the promotion. Adding credence to the rumors was Powell’s conspicuous absence from last week’s UFC on Fuel TV: Sanchez vs. Ellenberger proceedings.

Though her release from the Octagon girl position hasn’t been confirmed by either Zuffa officials or Powell herself, the 30-year-old did take to Twitter recently to voice her remorse.

“When you are young, you often don’t realize that your actions have consequences,” she wrote. “I made a bad decision about ten years ago, but you learn from these moments. There is nothing I can do to change the past, and believe me, if I could, I would. That decision doesn’t represent who I am today. All I can do now is put the past behind me and move forward. I am sorry to disappoint any of my fans and my family at Zuffa. I love you guys :)

“Thank you to everyone for all of the love I have received. It is overwhelming to think about all of the supporters I have. #Truly Blessed”
