Another bout has been added to the March 3 Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey card, as lightweights Caros Fodor and Pat Healy will collide. The event, which takes place in Columbus, Ohio, features a women’s championship match between Miesha Tate and Ronda Rousey in the main event.
Fodor and Healy will likely be part of the Showtime-televised main card. If not, the entire prelim will be shown live on Showtime Extreme.
Since signing with Strikeforce, Fodor has been a man on a mission, winning five straight fights to improve his record to 7-1 overall. His two most recent victories have come against James Terry and Justin Wilcox.
Healy is a veteran of several organizations, racking up 26 wins in his career. “Bam Bam” carries an overall mark of 26-16, including three straight wins since a loss to former Strikeforce champion Josh Thomson.
