The upcoming release of UFC Undisputed 3 has been touted by many in the video gaming world as the best MMA game to date. Using the computer simulation of the game, the makers have helped give us a prediction for Saturday night’s UFC 142 main event fight between Jose Aldo and Chad Mendes.
Aldo will be putting his UFC featherweight title on the line against Mendes, the No. 1 contender in the division. The bout will take place inside the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
UFC Undisputed 3 ran 25 simulated matches between the two, with Aldo claiming victory in 14 of them. Aldo landed 50 percent more strikes than Mendes, and attempted 48 submissions. Mendes, meanwhile, finished 72 percent of his takedown attempts.
