With Bellator having filled up its upcoming bantamweight tournament, the company is now focusing its attention on the featherweight ranks. Wagnney Fabiano and Ronnie Mann are the first two partcipants to be signed into action.
Fabiano was just signed by Bellator recently, and enters the field with a 14-3 overall mark. He last fought in WEC, suffering a loss to Joseph Benavidez that resulted in his release. Fabiano is 10-2 in his last 12 fights.
Mann is 3-1 in Bellator and 21-4-1 overall in his fighting career. Recently, Mann defeated Kenny Foster to get back on track following a loss to Pat Curran in the “Summer Series” event.
Joe Warren is the current Bellator featherweight champion, but has a rematch with Patricky Freire in the coming months planned.
