TUF 14 Finale: Bryan Caraway Vs. Dustin Neace

Caraway’s girlfriend, Meisha Tate, accompanies him to the cage to the strains of “Push It” by Salt N Pepa for what will be the first bout of the evening.

Round 1: They touch gloves, both men repping Team Mayhem. Neace looking considerably better than he did on the show, both physically and with his footwork. Neace is putting his hands on Caraway, but Caraway touches him with a left hook that keeps him honest. Caraway puts together a few more solid punches that back Neace up and slow his momentum. Caraway hits the double, putting Neace on his back against the fence. Neace slaps on an inverted triangle as they scramble, but Caraway fights through it and winds up in side control. Caraway takes Neace’s back and fights his hooks in.

Round 2: They touch gloves again and Caraway starts things off with an inside leg kick. Caraway with two leg kicks, one of them behind a nice right hand feint. Neace lands a good lead left hook. Caraway chopping at Neace with leg kicks. Caraway hits a takedown and lands directly into side control with two and a half minutes left in the round. Caraway threatens to take Neace’s back again and Neace does well in defending, reversing to go for his own takedown. Caraway spins out and goes to take Neace’s back again, this time locking in both hooks. Caraway sinks the rear naked choke in short order and coaxes the tap from Neace.
