Paul Taylor was involved in a car accident and will not be able to face Anthony Njokuani this weekend at UFC 138: Leben vs. Munoz. The accident, which involved Taylor’s car being rear-ended at a red light, is not career-threatening, as the Brit suffered only whiplash.
Cyrille Diabate vs. Anthony Perosh will be bumped up to the main card, which airs via tape-delay in the U.S. on Spike TV Saturday night.
Taylor (11-6-1) won his last fight, defeating Gabe Ruediger via knockout in February. He has been in the UFC since 2007, going 4-5.
Njokuani (14-5) will be kept off the card due to it being only a few short days away. He is 1-1 this year, stopping Andre Winner and falling to Edson Barboza.
