Two more fights have been confirmed by the UFC for December’s UFC 141 card, as Manny Gamburyan will meet Diego Nunes and Ross Pearson will collide with Junior Assuncao.
UFC 141, which takes place December 30 from Las Vegas, Nevada, features a main event pitting Brock Lesnar against Alistair Overeem. It was not made official if either of the two signed bouts will make the pay-per-view main card or not.
Gamburyan and Nunes was originally scheduled for UFC 135 this past September, but both fighters were injured in training. Gamburyan is a former Ultimate Fighter runner-up, while Nunes is trying to rebound from a loss to Kenny Florian earlier this year.
Pearson, who won his season of The Ultimate Fighter, will be making his debut at featherweight after dropping down following a loss to Edson Barboza. Assuncao won his return bout to the UFC, stopping Eddie Yagin.
