Round 1: They touch gloves and Fedor immediately rushes in with big shots. Henderson returns fire and this one turns into a slugfest early. Henderson puts Emelianenko on his heels with a big shot but The Last Emperor hangs tough and throws right back. Emelianenko’s right eye is already showing damage. Henderson pressing Emelianenko into the fence, working knees to the thighs. The action has stalled now, with Henderson holding Emelianenko and throwing knees. Hendo breaks and they both whiff on hard shots. Emelianenko moves in with a hard right hand that lands flush. Emelianenko with another hard right hand. Emelianenko sends Henderson to the canvas with some big shots, before starting in with ground and pound. It looks bad for Hendo, but he recovers, reverses and slips out the back door. He lands an uppercut through Emelianenko’s armpit that puts Fedor face-first on the canvas. The follow up shots seal the deal.
