Strikeforce recently held the tenth installment of its Challengers event, which features up and coming fighters duking it out for an eventual spot on the big show. Strikeforce Challengers 10, which went down on August 13th at the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, featured a four-woman, one-night tournament to determine the next challenger (likely after Marloes Coenen) for Sarah Kaufman’s bantamweight belt. The event also featured UFC veteran Joe “Diesel” Riggs, who took on up-and-comer Louis Taylor and son of MMA legend Randy “The Natural” Couture, Ryan Couture, who made his professional mixed martial arts debut against Lucas Stark.
