Dream 15 Results

While most Americans were sleeping off their Friday night festivities, Dream.15 took place inside the Saitama Super Arena in Japan early Saturday morning.

The HDNet broadcast featured the 1stRound of their first light heavyweight grand prix and was headlined by a lightweight title matchup between champ Shinya Aoki and Tatsuya Kawajiri.

Aoki bounced back nicely from his devastating defeat to Gilbert Melendez at “Strikeforce: Nashville” in April. It took the jiu jitsu ace all of 113 seconds to get Kawajiri to tap from an Achilles lock submission.
