According to reports, a pivotal welterweight scrap has been arranged between Dan Hardy and Carlos Condit for a yet-to-be announced UFC 120 event. The October 16th show is rumored to be hosted across the pond in the United Kingdom.
A source close to the situation told MMAWeekly.com on Monday afternoon that bout agreements should be signed and submitted shortly.
Hardy was last seen being dominated by welterweight king Georges St-Pierre at UFC 111 in March. Hardy owns an impressive 23-7 record overall and will have the luxury of bouncing back and gun slinging in his own backyard.
Condit is a former WEC welterweight champion that made his Octagon debut with much hoopla. Although his UFC career got off to a rocky start, he owns an impressive 25-5 record and hung a solid win over a gritty Rory MacDonald at UFC 115.
No other bouts have been rumored for the October fight card.
