All fighters who were tested at “UFC 112: Invincible” on April 10 have produced clean drug tests. MMAJunkie.com verified the results through UFC Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner.
Ratner informed the website that the UFC flew and paid for a drug tester from Quest Laboratories in the U.K. to perform the tests at the event location since no regulatory bodies exist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where the event was held. The fighters were tested for recreational drugs, as well as anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancers.
Among those tested include co-main event competitors Anderson Silva, Demian Maia, Frankie Edgar and B.J. Penn, amongst other fighters on the card who were tested at random.
