Despite featuring three championship bouts and an impromptu brawl, “Strikeforce: Nashville” only averaged 2.9 million viewers, the fourth lowest rating of the five CBS broadcasts.
“Strikeforce: Nashville” took place this past Saturday inside the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The numbers represent a significant decline from Strikeforce’s November show, “Fedor vs. Rogers,” which featured company meal ticket Fedor Emelianenko.
That event averaged 4.04 million viewers, meaning “Strikeforce Nashville” suffered a 28 percent drop from its predecessor.
According to MMAJunkie.com’s report, Saturday’s event averaged a 1.5 rating among Males 18-49, and earned a 1.26 score with Males 18-34.
