MMAJunkie.com got their hands on the medical suspensions list issued by the Florida State Boxing Commission to the fighters who participated in Strikeforce’s most recent event, which was held in Miami.
All of the fighters who were suspended lost their bouts, and all of the losers on the main card were suspended.
Main card fighter Melvin Manhoef and preliminary card fighter Ryan Keenan both received 60 day suspensions.
Earning 30 day suspensions for their efforts were main card fighters Marloes Coenen, Wes Sims, Marius Zaromskis, and Greg Nagy. They are joined by prelim fighter John Clarke.
Craig Oxley, who competed in a preliminary bout, received the only suspension that doesn’t fall in the 30 to 60 day categories. Oxley is suspended indefinitely and must have his left ACL cleared before competing again.
