Spike TV Airing Two Live UFC 109 Prelims

Thanks to the massive numbers the “UFC 108 Prelims” show earned Spike TV, the edgy network has decided to continue their giving ways as they will air two live preliminary bouts to kick off the UFC 109 festivities. The lightweight scrap between Mac Danzig and Justin Buchholz, as well as Melvin Guillard’s battle with Ronnys Torres will be featured in the hour-long show.

UFC 109 takes place February 6th inside the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The event will mark the the second of 10 “UFC Prelim” broadcasts that are scheduled for 2010. The lead-in series debuted at UFC 103 back in September of 2009 and has played a significant role in bolstering last-minute pay-per-view buys.

Here’s a look at the UFC’s new agenda for the day:
