Speaking also talked about his health coming into the fight, stating, “My knee is 100 percent. I train everyday. All I do is train, eat and sleep everyday.”

Shogun latter went on to say that he is working mostly on his stand-up game to be ready for Machida’s unique fighting style. “I’m working on my boxing and timing for Lyoto. He moves very well.”

Rua closed the interview by saying that he ready for the biggest challenge of his life.
