In his most recent video blog, UFC lightweight champion B.J. Penn blasted Nevada State Athletic Commission executive director Keith Kizer for the handling of the ‘Greasegate’ controversy, and said that he would never fight in Nevada or Las Vegas again.
“Keith Kizer can’t be trusted,” Penn said. “Honestly I have no interest in ever fighting in Nevada or Las Vegas again and that’s all I have to say about that whole situation.”
Kizer and commissioner Pat Lundvall have stated that they see no need for disciplinary action stemming from the January 31st greasing incident, where Penn contends that Georges St. Pierre was illegally greased by his corner during their fight. The NSAC has yet to rule on the complaint.
