Tickets for UFC 100 went on sale earlier today for UFC Fight Club members. The UFC also used the occasion to officially announce five additional bouts to help hype the event.
We already knew that Frank Mir would be taking on Brock Lesnar for the unified UFC heavyweight title and that Georges St-Pierre would be defending his welterweight title against Thiago Alves.
It was announced today that former Dream star, Yoshihiro Akiyama, will be making his UFC debut against Alan Belcher. Akiyama will look to exorcise the curse of stars coming from Japan and struggling on July 11th.
Former TUF contestants CB Dollaway and Tom Lawlor will also be squaring off against one another in a middleweight bout.
Also confirmed were bouts between Dong Hyun Kim and Jonathan Goulte, as well as a light heavyweight match featuring Jon Jones and Jake O’Brien and a lightweight clash between Matt Grice and Shannon Gugerty.
