Former UFC Champion Chuck Liddell comments on his plans to regain the UFC light heavyweight title in an exclusive 6-page interview in the second issue of Fighters Only US edition. The edition will be on newsstands March 24.
Liddell won the title in 2005 and successfully defended it four times believes he’s still the best light heavyweight in the world.
“I want to get that title back and that’s always been my goal,” said Liddell. “Since I started this thing I’ve been out to prove I’m the best 205lb fighter in the world and I’m still out to do that…I can beat anybody in that weight class…I’m dangerous for anybody.
As for current champ Rashad Evans:
“I don’t plan on letting him stay champ for long.”
