Matt Brown defeated Ryan Thomas via submission (arm-bar) at 0:57 of Round 2.
Alvin Robinson vs. Mark Bocek
Mark Bocek defeated Alvin Robinson via submission (rear-naked choke) at 3:16 of Round 3.
Jeremy Stephens vs. Rafael dos Anjos
Jeremy Stephens defeated Rafael dos Anjos via TKO (strikes) at 0:39 of Round 3.
Jorge Gurgel vs. Aaron Riley
Aaron Riley defeated Jorge Gurgel via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)
Demian Maia vs. Nate Quarry
Round 1: Maia and Quarry took to the ground early with Maia getting Quarry’s back and securing a body triangle. Maia was nailing Quarry with punches and was finally able to sync in the rear naked choke on Quarry and got the submission win.
Winner via submission at 2:13 of Round 1: Demian Maia
Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Josh Hendricks
Round 1: The two started on their feet and just about a minute into the round, Gonzaga rocked Hendricks with a knee to the midsection and a right hook that knocked Hendricks down. Gonzaga followed up with a couple of punches to end the fight.
Winner via TKO at 1:01 of Round 1: Gabriel Gonzaga
Dustin Hazelett vs. Tamdan McCrory
Round 1: Both men stayed standing trading leg kicks and strikes before going to the ground with 2:00. Hazelett was going for a omaoplata before getting in an arm bar and getting the tapout win.

Joe Stevenson vs. Kenny Florian
Round 1: Florian and Stevenson traded shots early. Stevenson was the aggressor and pressed Florian against the cage. Stevenson went for a big takedown but Florian blunted the impact by grabbing the cage on the way down and got a warning for it. They got back up and Florian got a takedown and got a mount. Stevenson turning it around but Florian got a rear naked choke and the tapout.
Winner via submission (rear-naked choke) at 4:03 of Round 1.
Randy Couture vs. Brock Lesnar
Round 1: They clinched early and Lesnar landed some knees early on. They were clinched against the cage and traded knees. They broke away from the cage and Couture landed some good punches. Lesnar went for a takedown and Couture stuffed his takedown but Lesnar was able to take him down. Lesnar controlled on the top although didn’t do much damage. Couture got back to his feet without taking much damage and Lesnar was visibly tired. 10-9 Lesnar.
Round 2: Lesnar landed a couple of punches and Couture wobbled from an elbow. They started trading punches and Lesnar got cut below the eye. Couture pushed Lesnar against the cage.. Midway in the round, Lesnar nailed Couture with a right hand that dropped Couture, and Lesnar followed him dropping hammer fists before the referee stopped the fight.
Winner via TKO (strikes) at 3:07 in Round 2 and new UFC Heavyweight Champion: Brock Lesnar
After the fight Lesnar gave respect to Couture. Randy Couture said he still feels like he’s getting better and didn’t sound like he’s retiring soon. Couture said the loss was more about Lesnar’s size and his big punches rather than ring rust.
